ILF for WASH Foundational Support (IMM) for Tier Data Limited - Aqua for All

The **Foundational Support Programme** is one of the [++technical assistance++](https://aquaforall.org/ilf-for-wash/ilf-for-wash-technical-assistance/) tracks available for impact-driven WASH enterprises, as part of the Impact-Linked Fund for Water, Sanitation and Hygiene ([++ILF for WASH++](https://aquaforall.org/ilf-for-wash/)). The programme is supported by the [++Social Finance Academy,++](https://social-finance-academy.org/) an initiative by Roots of Impact.

The programme aims to transfer knowledge and skills from certified service providers to WASH enterprises in two areas: **impact measurement and management (IMM)** and **investment readiness (IR)**. At the same time, the goal is to embed these areas into the specific business model of the selected enterprises.

One of the selected enterprises receiving support on (only) IMM is Tier Data Limited (hereinafter referred to as ‘Tier Data’), part of Centum Group, is a sector-agnostic IT provider that is expanding to a new market/sector (water) with an existing, successful product: ‘Revenu Stadia’, a cloud platform. For the water sector, they provide smart meter devices and automate efficiency, incl. centralised billing for WSPs (via their cloud platform) in water supply and distribution for last mile distributors. The enterprise installs smart meters for community water vendors; automates the billing, provides leakage detection and revenue collection.
