Emergency approach ICT infrastructure SWM - Aqua for All

Surinaamsche Water Maatschappij (SWM) is a public utility based in Paramaribo, Suriname. They normally work only from their office and on-site. Because of the pandemic, this was not possible anymore. Fewer people were allowed to go to the office and the work was greatly disturbed. Therefore, Aqua for All’s Response Facility supported SWM to invest in working-from-home solutions, including the implementation of a software system to facilitate real-time online working and the training of SWM to use the new software. This helped SWM to increase their resilience, improved efficiency and safeguarded their day-to-day operations and financial health.
