Our impact
For over two decades, Aqua for All has built a more inclusive water and sanitation economy by enabling commercially viable solutions to grow into sustainable and scalable businesses.
By catalysing both private and public capital, we support the growth and consolidation of viable enterprises and infrastructure projects that expand access to water and sanitation services.
Sustainability, impact and inclusion underpin all our work and guide how we design, implement and scale our interventions.
Impact is central to Aqua for All’s mission and embedded across every phase of our interventions. Through both direct and indirect initiatives, we deliver measurable and meaningful results, and impact at the system level.
We have fully integrated impact measurement and management (IMM) into our core operations, strengthening accountability, transparency and continuous improvement. Our IMM framework is centralised and streamlined, with clear and proportionate data requirements.
Aqua for All monitors climate impact to gather insights and set ambitious yet realistic targets. Launched in 2023, our climate policy aims to safeguard future water and sanitation services while scaling low carbon, climate-resilient water and sanitation enterprises and infrastructure, as outlined in- our Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation Strategy.

Clean water and sanitation
Facilitating access to water and sanitation for all (SDG 6) is the focus of our 5-year plan “Making Water Count”.
Developing an inclusive and sustainable water and sanitation economy positively impacts the achievement of other SDGs
Gender equality
Our initatives emphasize SDG 5.5 to ensure women’s full and effective participation, and equal opportunity for leadership positions at all levels of decision making.
Our initiatives encourage and promote women in managerial positions.
Decent work and economic growth
Aqua for All works on SDG 8.3 by supporting initiatives that promote entrepreneurship, job creation, productivity and innovation.
We support the growth of SMEs by enabling access to capital.

SDG 17.3, 17.7 and 17.17 are embedded in Aqua for All’s work through the mobilisation of financial resources, promotion of sustainable technologies, and the encouragement of effective partnerships.
