Project summary
Water Compass is a micro utility that provides safe drinking water in rural Uganda using solar power and an affordable, professional management model. It aims to upscale based on a business case that balances affordability for end users with a positive revenue model. This project will make a comparative financial and functional analysis between different hardware setups utilizing asset management tools typically available only to large-scale utilities. This analysis will allow Water Compass to accelerate its growth by creating value insights to unlocking new financial means of support.
