Project summary
Oshun was created in 2017 to develop water kiosks, a decentralised solution for access to safe drinking water adapted to Sahelian countries, especially Senegal. Thanks to water treatment and remote monitoring systems designed in-house, Oshun manages the technical aspects of water kiosks.
In the coming years, Oshun plans to expand in Senegal from 60 to at least 200 water kiosks, allowing more than 150.000 people to drink safe water every day. In the current development stage, the enterprise is willing to invest in social marketing and communication. The support of Aqua for All’s funds will allow them to scale up quickly and offer a reliable service to rural and periurban populations.
