Project summary
Nawasscoal is a feacal sludge management company based in Nakuru, Kenya, producing renewable energy briquettes from waste. An in-depth analysis of the company’s performance indicated the need for a thorough turnaround strategy, to get the company on track to break-even. This would enable the company to also secure additional funding and investments for the future.
The project to design and implement a turnaround strategy, includes a review the business model, craft a robust operational model, review institutional administrative structures, a critical review of the production process and an exploration of additional revenue streams as part of new business lines.
