Project summary
The PME PERFORMANTES programme aims to ensure the sustainability of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) by addressing the lack of business skills. According to different economic reports, the gap in knowledge is the main hindrance to the development and sustainability of initiatives in Africa, confirmed by our own experience. This 15-month intensive capacity building programme is organised and implemented by ForthInvestment, in collaboration with IRC, Sinergi Burkina, Société Générale and 2iE.
In this capacity building programme, ForthInvestment selected 10 high potential WASH SMEs who will receive organisational and technical support, to both improve the SME’s products or services and strengthen the capacity of these entrepreneurs to grow sustainably and become investment-ready.
