Project summary
Water.org developed the concept of a global WSS guarantee facility with a country-specific pool with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in 2019. Together, we have structured the Global Credit Enhancement Facility (GCEF) launched in Q4’20 in India. We are now ready to scale the model to other countries, starting with Kenya. GCEF represents an important extension and evolution of Water.org’s strategy in Kenya.
