Project summary
Access to finance is one of the bottlenecks for many households and SMEs to get improved services in water and sanitation, while MFIs have rarely developed a portfolio for such micro-credits. Fair and Sustainable will develop the capacity in at least 5 MFIs operating in Amhara Region to have a substantial portfolio on WASH lending. In this way, it will cooperate with other projects of Aqua for All in the Amhara Region.
