Project summary
Water4 is supporting the strategy process for our local business partner, 4Ward, and helping to develop their business growth to scale. These funds will cover staff costs for Water4 and external consultants to develop the NUMA scaling and investment strategy. The three key deliverables include institutionalizing 4Ward’s profitability goals, developing a NUMA investment strategy and vetting new, potential partnerships.
