Design, Construction, Finance, Operation and Scaling of Textile Water Treatment in Bangladesh - Suspended - Aqua for All

Aqua for All supports efforts to safeguard the future drinking water for Dhaka city: With rapidly depleting aquifers in and around Dhaka, surface water is increasingly needed for drinking water. The aim of the project is to develop a first Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) project for a first paying customer from the textile industry in a location close to drinking water inlets in the Meghna river east of Dhaka. This project should be the stepping-stone to a subsequent phase where the solution is scaled up in co-operation with selected local partners.
