CBS Carbon credits methodology development - Aqua for All

**Goal** of the project: to establish a carbon offset methodology for CBS, encompassing all stages of the waste management chain from containment through to re-use activities, which is approved by a suitable body.

**Aim** of the project: to enable Container-Based Sanitation (CBS) providers, with sufficient scale, to become certified for carbon credits with easier registration and reduced complexity compared to current options. Which in turn, will help them to generate income from carbon offsets, increasing and diversifying their revenue streams, supporting CBS providers in becoming a more profitable business solutions for sanitation.
