Mr Jeremy Keeton
Mr Jeremy Keeton is the Market Development Lead at Aqua for All.
Jeremy is an environmental professional with nearly two decades of experience in water, sanitation, conservation, climate resilience, nature-based solutions, and disaster risk reduction, working across Africa and Asia.
Before joining Aqua for All, Jeremy held senior technical and leadership roles at DAI Global, where he served as Deputy Programme Director across multiple large donor-funded programmes. His work spanned climate-resilient WASH, disaster risk reduction, watershed management, and environmental governance, including the design and delivery of programmes supported by the United States Agency for International Development, UK’s DFID, and Australia’s DFAT.
Jeremy has led complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives linking governments, utilities, financial institutions, and private sector actors, with a strong focus on translating policy and climate objectives into investable, scalable solutions. His experience includes developing innovative financing mechanisms, results-based approaches, and public-private partnerships to improve service delivery and resilience in underserved and climate-vulnerable contexts. Earlier in his career, Jeremy worked with international NGOs, research institutions, and development organisations, including long-term experiences in Nepal, Indonesia, Malawi, Lesotho, Afghanistan, and Guyana. He is originally from East Texas and began his international career as a United States Peace Corps Volunteer.
At Aqua for All, Jeremy leads market development efforts to unlock financing for water and sanitation enterprises, working with donors, investors, and implementing partners to scale sustainable and inclusive WASH services in low- and middle-income countries.
