Construction of the Trace Factory for our Eco Tile pilot

At the end of July 2016, Trace embarked in construction of its Factory facility in Gilgil. With a working space of 5,000 Sq Ft, the facility will host equipment that will recycle plastic waste in to roofing tiles. Some of the equipment include; 4 screwfed machines, 1 press machine (400 tonnes capacity), 1 chiller, 1 mould, 1 mixer and weighing scales.

Construction is expected to be complete by the end of October and soon after the machines will be shipped in to start pilot production. All staff are excited and eagerly awaiting to commence the production.
