Project summary
NBK intends to implement a pilot phase, by committing EUR 8 million, for its “NBK WASH loan program”starting August 2021 to July 2022. The loan program will seek to meet investment finance WASH-related needs for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Notably, MSMEs form the backbone of Kenya’s economy and are the majority of providers of essential WASH services in the sector.
