Project summary
WSIP is a Water and Sanitation Incubation Programme, the first of its kind in Ethiopia. It is done by Ice Addis, that was contracted by Aqua for All. It is meant to give a boost to several WASH enterprises, most of them having a rather marginal existence in the public sector and NGO dominated WASH scene.
