Návia Matsinhe, of SNV Mozambique, wrote a blog about the 2nd round of the VIA Water Knock Out Competition. Twenty-one contestants convened on the 26th of January for a workshop to improve their proposals on innovative solutions for water problems in Mozambican cities.
