VIA Water is co-ordinated by the UNESCO-IHE Institute for Water Education (in Delft), and program funds are managed by Aqua for All (in The Hague). The junior program manager will work primarily in The Hague as a member of the Aqua for All project team, in frequent liaison with the senior fund manager and the VIA Water team in Delft.
