The 19th International Congress and Exhibition of the African Water Association, the main theme of which is “Accelerating access to sanitation and water for all amidst climate change challenges” will take place from February 11-16, 2018 in Bamako, capital of Mali. This continental event is held every two years and brings together more than 1,500 professionals from the Sanitation/Water sector. This is one of the most important scientific and technical fora on the African continent. A unique opportunity to take stock and identify the perspectives of the sector, with the participation of the delegations from Africa and around the world.

During that congress, a major exhibition is organized, enabling thousands of international visitors and professionals to form partnerships.
We hereby invite the entire scientific community, professionals in the sector, as well as all the actors involved in mobilizing all resources to promote access for everyone to sanitation and water to submit papers, the abstracts of which should be sent to the Executive Office of AfWA, no later than June 15th, 2017.

Le 19ème Congrès International et Exposition de l’Association Africaine de l’Eau qui a pour thème principal ‘’Accélérer l’accès à l’assainissement et à l’eau pour tous, face aux défis du changement climatique’’ aura lieu du 11 au 16 Février 2018 à Bamako,  capitale du Mali. Cet évènement continental se tient tous les deux ans et réunit plus de 1500 professionnels du secteur Assainissement/Eau. C’est un des plus grands forums scientifiques et techniques  du continent africain. Une opportunité unique pour faire l’état des lieux et dégager les perspectives du secteur, avec la participation, de délégations de toute nationalité provenant d’Afrique et du reste monde.

Durant ce congrès, une importante exposition est organisée,  permettant à des milliers de visiteurs et professionnels internationaux  de nouer des partenariats.
Nous invitons toute la communauté scientifique, les professionnels du secteur, ainsi que tous les acteurs engagés pour un accès à l’assainissement et l’eau pour tous à proposer des communications dont les résumés doivent être acheminés à la Direction Exécutive de l’AAE, au plus tard le 15 juin 2017.
