At the beginning of November 2016 we will organise a ‘Sharing Skills Summit’ in Nairobi, Kenya. We invite project owners from Rwanda, Mozambique and Kenya to join this unique cross-border learning event.

The number of innovative VIA Water projects aiming to reduce pressing water needs in African cities is growing. VIA Water focuses mainly on supporting teams who develop their ideas. Now is the time to focus on teams that are working on implementing their VIA Water project. We believe there is a lot to be gained for the projects owners to share their knowledge and experiences.

With sharing and learning from other projects owners as a core of the summit, we also focus on community building, developing leadership skills and share best practices in programme management.

VIA Water would not be VIA Water if we would not invite inspiring stories and experiences from outside our programme and the water sector to learn from. We will invite innovators who can share their stories about successes and failures and combine this with support of facilitators who will help us learn better.
