It gets hot in Africa. In our greenhouse Nursery it can get up to 50 degrees during the midday hours. This is to hot for the budding seedlings and and negatively affects our seedling quality and production. It appears that many greenhouse growers struggle with heat management. In discussions with the greenhouse producer we installed shading in the greenhouse - see photo. According to visitors from Ghana Veg we run the coolest greenhouse in Accra - a nice compliment ;-). In the next update we provide factual support for this statement.
