SAC -TIC project is mentioned like "INNOVATION" in the monthly newsletter " BENIN REVELE" of march 2018 in a special point about the first two years of Benin President after his nomination

Hi Rachel, congratulations on this achievement! We can't see the photo here because the format (.bmp) is not supported on our website. Maybe you can change it into .jpeg or .png, or maybe next time use one of those formats. Thanks! :-)
