Presentation of project
On November 14, 2017, the ABFN hosted the Mali stand at COP 23 in Bonn. The project was presented to participants from Niger, Guinea, Côte d'Ivoire and Mali. All participants appreciated the innovative nature of the project and wished it scaled up. Fruitful exchanges have been made with senior officials of the Niger Basin Authority (NBA). the NBA envisages a capitalization of local actions and a scalability of successful experiences.
