Partnership convention

To implement SAC-TIC projectin Benin , partners (GWP-Benin, SONEB, EAA and SOLUTIS) have signed a partnership convention for the during of the project. Responsibilities of each partner habe been described; the project team has presented; procedure of financial management was described to facilitate the project management.
