NAWASSCO participates during Innovate4Water

On the 26th and 27th of April, NAWASSCO was represented during the Innovate 4 Water Event organised by Waterpreneurs in Nairobi.

The objectives of the "Innovate 4 Water" market-place forums are to:
- Consolidate local ecosystems, building up meaningful relationships;
- Create visibility for entrepreneurs in the water and sanitation sector in order to enable them to reach impact investors;
- Promote the transfer of innovative water and sanitation technologies and innovative business models in emerging markets and developing countries;
- Facilitate connections to catalyse collaborations.

NAWASSCO manned a stand and was able to create awareness amongst event participants regarding their briquette business and product: MakaaDotcom. NAWASSCO also presented their business to interested partners and investors. Contacts were established with interested individuals and organisations and followed-up after the event.
