Ms Lily van Bilsen - Aqua for All

Lily van Bilsen is an Impact Officer at Aqua for All, where she is responsible for data management and impact reporting, knowledge, and learning. She supports the market development team on impact and knowledge matters and leads the implementation of Aqua for All’s gender strategy.

With over six years of monitoring and evaluation experience, Lily has supported NGOs across diverse thematic areas including sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), youth engagement, maternal and child health, and WASH.

Before joining Aqua for All, she contributed to two SRHR strategic partnerships at Rutgers funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Her experience includes developing indicator frameworks, commissioning evaluations and organising linking and learning events that bring implementing partners together to share insights, best practices and lessons from the field. Lily is driven by translating insights into strategic action and is passionate about human rights, public health and social justice.

Lily holds a Master of Public Health from the Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine and is an alumna of the AMID programme at Radboud University.
