Mr Joshua Koomans O’Reilly
Joshua Koomans O’Reilly is Enterprise Portfolio Improvement Officer at Aqua for All. He supports Aqua for All’s efforts to strengthen and scale water and sanitation enterprises, improving internal systems for enterprise selection, performance tracking, and portfolio transparency.
In addition, Joshua contributes as Programme Officer for East Africa, where he is involved in the selection and contracting of projects within the regional portfolio. Through this role he supports the development of enterprises working to expand access to water and sanitation services.
Before joining Aqua for All, Joshua worked with early-stage startups in the Dutch innovation ecosystem, supporting founders in navigating public and private funding opportunities and improving their investment readiness. His experience combines venture finance exposure, enterprise analysis, and portfolio-level performance insights.
